A Norfolk Southern train departed on Feb. 1, 2023, from Madison, IL. that was a total of 151 cars. That equals about 9,300 feet in length and weighed 18,000 TONS! This train broke down once between when it left its yard on the 1st and its arrival into Ohio on the 3rd of February.
“We shouldn’t be running trains that are 150 car lengths long,” one employee told a CBS reporter, adding that they felt there should be limits on the weight and length of the trains.
“In this case, had the train not been 18,000 tons, it’s likely the effects of the derailment would have been mitigated,” the employee stated.

While traveling at some point a fire broke out under the train on the axels. We know this as it was captured on a video as it passed by. See the MailOnline video in the right-hand column. On Feb. 3, 2023, they were traveling through East Palestine, Ohio axels on fire, when they derailed.
Now they begin to freak out because they know they have Vinyl Chloride on board which when burned becomes converted into Mustard Gas, used in WWI to cause a mass torturous death to the enemy. This chemical is highly toxic and highly flammable at 7 degrees Fahrenheit. AND, pent up inside these cars that are now on fire it has the capability of turning each one of those cars into an unguided missile with shrapnel included. So, it is decided that they will empty the contents of these cars into trenches and do what they call "a controlled burn". Of the 38 cars that derailed, 11 were hazardous-material cars its assumed the contents of 9 cars had ripped, seeped into the ground and nearby waterways or were burned.

On Feb. 10 Jason El-Zein, an emergency response manager at the Environmental Protection Agency, sent a letter to Matt Gernand, deputy general counsel for the Norfolk Southern Corp. where he lists five toxic chemicals that may have contaminated the air, soil or water surrounding the crash site. Cars containing vinyl chloride, butyl acrylate, ethylhexyl acrylate, isobutylene and ethylene glycol monobutyl are either known to have been or could have been released to the air, surface soils and surface waters. Okay, well, which the hell is it??? Later, investigators said that the tank car carrying isobutylene wasn’t breached. It sounds to me like they don't know their you know what from a hole in the ground.

From the 3rd till the 10th there was complete silence...no one except the people very near the scene of the crime knew what had happened. The rest of the world, kind of like China does or Russia, was clueless...IN OUR OWN FLIPPING COUNTRY. We are NOT in Russia or China, yet anyways, and I do not appreciate being left in the dark about a toxic spill that close to me. The wind WILL carry these toxins and so will the rain because Vinyl Chloride once burned and turned into gas now attaches itself to water. ALL water. Whether it's in the air in the atmosphere where they sent the particles up in the blaze or whether it's in the creeks, rivers, lakes and such that they did the dump in. It will attach itself to that water. There is no test for it that you and I can buy. There is no boiling the water to get these chemicals out. Drink bottled water the Governor says, great. What do we bath in? What do the farmers give their livestock to drink? What about all the wildlife, the birds, deer, bats, squirrels, Fox, Turtles, and on and on do for water... nothing they just drink and die. YOU BASTARDS DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO DO THIS TO US! Then you don't even have the guts to come out and fess up? What a bunch of gutless, cowards. Your filthy money means more to you than people's lives, than children's suffering, than innocent animals suffering? Your souls are black and useless and void unless you change your paths, I am NOT preaching about God, I am NOT preaching at all. But you will die, we all die and when we do, I am not afraid of who will be there to greet me on the other side. But if I were you...LOL. Think about THAT coward.

Ohio Train Derailments
Another derailment February 19th.
Axles to the left of the car. That's 15 in 2 months. We gonna ignore this one, too? I found this to be interesting: In 2022, Norfolk Southern spent $1.8 million lobbying the Department of Transportation, the Federal Railroad Administration, and the White House. π The company contributed an additional $1.3 million to members of Congress last year. Hmm.... Conflict of interest? Is this why there is no response? Why no Fema? Rail accidents involving Norfolk Southern train cars carrying hazardous materials have skyrocketed over the past decade, data from the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) shows. Last year, 770 of the company’s cars carrying hazardous materials were involved in accidents, up from just 79 cars in 2012. Not only was there a movie made about this, using extras from that town, but now digital ids. In the months leading up to this, they rolled out digital health Id's. In that town? Sorry, this is getting more sinister by the day.

π Update: Current litigation concerning Norfolk: A man filed a lawsuit in Pennsylvania for cancer, unsafe working conditions. Now they are saying it was in the wrong state. The lawsuit was dropped. Why it matters: If Norfolk Southern prevails in the Mallory case, the company could use the ruling to block lawsuits related to the derailment in Pennsylvania and other nearby states, arguing that they were filed in the wrong venue. Even though it happened at the border of Ohio and Pennsylvania.
π Biden Administration Sides with Norfolk Southern the Biden administration also weighed in on the side of the corporate lobbying groups — a fact that apparently confounded Justice Elena Kagan, who was appointed by President Barack Obama. During oral arguments last fall, she specifically asked Deputy Solicitor General Curtis Gannon why the government had chosen to get involved in the case. Indeed π€ Why?
Ohio Train Derailment
A Plume of Particulate Matter has moved into Western Pennsylvania, at what point do we call it a Federal Emergency? They were denied Federal money thru FEMA. Where's Keri, The Climate Czar?
Mission Accomplished: Fema is to be on site tomorrow. 8 lawsuits filed, including a class action against Norfolk. Vinyl chloride is a deadly substance when lit on fire, IE mustard gas. 11 chemicals were mixed in a 2-mile ditch, resulting in an unknown compound. Vinyl chloride is odorless until it reaches 3000 ppm, a toxic level. If they could smell it, it had reached that amount. A safe level is 1 ppm in an 8-hour period. Per Osha. If they can still smell a sweet smell, it is still present. It has been 16 days. Many animals survived the wreck. It wasn't until the controlled burn that the animals died. Up to 20 miles away. The residents have been exposed for 16 days. A plume of Particulate Matter has now moved into Western Pennsylvania.
Many are calling for "pot hole" Pete's resignation. The chemicals have been detected in the Ohio River. All surrounding states are currently testing. The Reccomendations are: Document all symptoms, any tests, or doctor visits. Document all results. They can not withhold any information. Per Hippa laws. If any testing is done, request a copy. They can not refuse. Take a screen shot, and document. A charcoal filter, such as a Brita, on the kitchen faucet. If you have a well, drink, and cook with bottled water. The body detoxes thru excretion. If you do not feel well, leave.

We’re told to praise fear as a virtue and condemn strength as a toxic weakness. It’s toxic weak people who are writing the script on this. They are welcome to screw themselves. The truth is that fear is a very human emotion. Happy, prosperous, STRONG people encounter fear but put it in the passenger seat as they proceed forward with the virtues of strength, critical thinking, and guidance from their heart sitting behind their steering wheel. You get to decide who’s at your steering wheel. https://awakenwithjp.com/products/fea...

Giving $20,000 To Victims Of A Toxic Explosion In Ohio
Benny Johnson got upset watching the people of East Palestine, Ohio suffers after a toxic train derailment. No one has showed up to help them. Not the government. Not the railroad. So, he traveled to the 20 homes closest to the explosion and gave those people $20,000.00. WATCH TO THE END TO FIND OUT WHERE THE MONEY CAME FROM

Ohio Train Derailment
Why does it matter?
I could easily become part of this problem, as our food, eggs, milk, and water come from the Midwest and Great Lakes. The contamination covers many more states than was previously accounted for. Including parts of Canada. The acid from these chemical spills is attached to water molecules and has the capacity to impact others as acid rain. Livestock, vegetation, ground water, and soil could easily be affected in the surrounding states. 2 new derailments in Michigan and 1 in Ohio, in less than one month.
Why are these hazardous materials transported with food?
Why are these highly toxic and flammable chemicals in unmarked tanks?
Why is mainstream media not covering it?
Why are we still talking about spy balloons and UFOs?
Why did FEMA, federal aid, turn down Ohio?
Way too many questions still not answered.
Corn and soy are in just about all of our manufactured food supply, then shipped nationally.
Yet it is not a federal emergency? How?
The railroads were bought out in the 70s by the government, due to less need for coal transport. My father worked for Conrail for 50 years. In 1985, Norfolk bought part of Conrail. They also own passenger trains. 85% government, 15% investment firms. They are government contractors. How is it they are allowed to run without upholding government safety standards? Why would a wealthy firm buy out a failing, antiquated system and not make improvements? How is it a government contractor is able to break labor laws concerning its employees that endanger citizens? Not to mention DOT laws, which are enforced and fined in private companies. Weight loads are enforced on trucking companies, as well as safety adherence. Osha standards/DOT/and Labor laws are there to protect people.
This was not the first time this has happened, and it also included Vinyl Chloride. November 2012 in NJ. The findings of the safety report: This report addresses the following safety issues:
• Training and qualification of train crews for moveable bridge inspection
• Consolidated Rail Corporation safety management
• Timeliness of hazardous materials communications to first responders
• Failure of the incident commanders to follow established hazardous materials response protocols
• Firefighter training and qualifications
• Inadequacies of emergency planning, emergency preparedness, and public awareness for hazardous materials transported by train
• Rail corridor risk management analysis.
Vinyl chloride is a colorless gas with a mild, sweet odor that is used to make polyvinyl chloride. It is a gas at room temperature; however, it is shipped as a liquid under pressure. Vinyl chloride is highly flammable, and vapor/air mixtures are explosive. The odor threshold for detection is about 3,000 parts per million (ppm) in air. The shipper classified the product as follows: Vinyl chloride, stabilized; Class 2.1; UN 1086. Inhalation is the primary route of exposure to vinyl chloride. As found under 49 CFR 1910.1017(c), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) mandates that no employee may be exposed to vinyl chloride at concentrations greater than 1 ppm averaged over any 8-hour period; that no employee may be exposed at concentrations greater than 5 ppm averaged over any period not exceeding 15 minutes; π and that no employee may be exposed to vinyl chloride by direct contact with the material.
Workers can easily be overexposed without becoming aware of vinyl chloride presence because the odor threshold is too high to provide warning for hazardous concentrations. Four Conrail tanker cars toppled that morning. Mr. Morris was a quarter mile away and said the chemical cloud engulfed his truck. “At that point, it started feeling like it was irritating me to where it was kind of like burning my skin. It just felt like it was on me,” he said. He said he could taste it.
20,000 gallons of vinyl chloride were released that day. If they can still smell it, and new people have the same reactions, it is still present. 1 ppm is by Osha standards to be safe. Odor is not detected until 3000 ppm. A toxic level. I would have my liver enzymes checked and documented. Any health issues reported and documented. They can not withhold medical information. You are protected by HIPPA laws. They do not have rights to your health information without your consent.
There have been many lawsuits filed.
Why did the EPA wait 2 weeks to show up?
#ohiochernobyl #trainderailments #Ohio
The more I read into this, the angrier I become. Failure at every level. There were 11 chemicals released that day. Released into a 2 mile ditch of soil and set on fire. Thereby changing the chemical makeup. They are following protocols for only one.
Vinyl Chloride.

Ohio Train Derailment
Updates and Lawsuits.
8 lawsuits have been filed against Norfolk. Why it matters:
Currently, Norfolk is trying to acquire the rail systems in Cincinnati. The EPA is not doing the testing, a company hired by Norfolk is. The company is questionable as it is connected with other spills, deemed not toxic.
Synopsis: Norfolk Southern ignited a 1 million pound plus chemical burn pit that burned for days and covered Plaintiffs and Class Members in a large plume of thick black smoke. A mushroom cloud resulted from the blaze, dispersing toxic chemicals for miles and across State lines into Pennsylvania. When Vinyl Chloride is burned, it becomes an agent used in WW1 (Mustard Gas) to kill people. Which is why so many fish, birds, pets, livestock. and animals died after the controlled burn. Lawsuits: For those affected within a 30-mile radius posted Feb 17th: Many do not have a case number; the original paperwork and files can be obtained through this article. We are with you, Ohio, and surrounding states. Cincinnati and surrounding states have started to test their water. I am in the Chicago area: On Friday, Sen. Maria Cantwell announced an investigation by the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation into the railroads’ handling of hazardous materials saying she had sent letters to Norfolk Southern and six other major railroads.
Contaminated runoff was first detected on Feb. 4 in the area’s two surface water streams, namely Sulfur Run and Leslie Run. Sulfur Run flows into Leslie Run, which flows into North Fork Little Beaver Creek, discharges into the Ohio River and then flows through or borders six states: Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
π Update: Norfolk has refused to sign anything pertaining to the 1000-dollar payouts as a settlement.
